Agreement Overview

This Service Agreement governs the use of services provided by ARBS. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms.

Nature of Services

ARBS provides consulting and advisory services only, including:

• Carrier safety compliance support 
• Regulatory documentation assistance 
• Safety program development 
• Audit preparation guidance 
• General compliance consulting for transportation businesses 

ARBS does not act as a regulatory authority or legal representative.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

ARBS does not guarantee:

• Regulatory approvals 
• Audit results 
• Inspection outcomes 
• Enforcement decisions 

All final compliance responsibility remains with the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information on time
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations 
• Review and verify all documents before submission or use 
• Cooperate during service delivery 

Fees and Payment Terms

• Fees are agreed prior to service commencement 
• Payment must be made as per invoice terms 
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services 
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under BC law:

• ARBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
• ARBS is not responsible for fines, penalties, or losses arising from regulatory actions or client operations 
• Client assumes full responsibility for business compliance decisions 

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will only be used for service delivery, unless disclosure is required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written 30 days notice. Any outstanding payments for services already rendered remain due.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between ARBS and the client and supersedes any prior discussions or representations.
