Billing and Payments
Service Availability and Changes
ARBS aims to provide consistent and reliable services. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Clients will be informed of any significant changes that may affect their use of our services.
Cancellation and Termination of Services
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided, unless otherwise stated in the client’s contract or required by law. Any refund requests for unused services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms of the contract.
Liability
ARBS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to a client will not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered in the previous 2 months.

Confidentiality
ARBS takes privacy and confidentiality seriously. Both parties agree to protect any confidential information shared during the course of the contract and services. Personal data will be handled in compliance with ARBS's Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by ARBS will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion and negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Province], Canada.
Governing Law
